Jillian did her schooling at a local private school and graduated her high school after which she graduated from the Charles Ross School of Hair Design.
Career
Jillian has always wanted to become a professional makeup artist since childhood. After her graduation from the Charles Ross School of Hair Design, she pursued her career in the beauty industry.
She got her big break in the movie “Something to Live for: The Alison Gertz Story” in 1992 as a makeup artist. She soon got to work as the lead hairstylist in the movie “The Crew” after which she was hired for the movie “Charlie’s Angels”.
After a few years in around 2006, she was hired as a global creative color director for 0the cosmetic brand named Avon. She also styled many celebrities who appeared on their red carpet.

Jillian met Patrick at her L.A. hair salon back in 1994 where he had made an appointment for a quick trim of his hair. She was shocked as well as happy to see him in her salon. She liked him a lot but she never made a move.
Patrick then started frequently visiting Fink’s salon. Soon he learned that she was single which was around the year 1997. Dempsey then asked her out to go on a date after which he cooked pasta for her on their first date. They kept going on dates.
After three months of their first date, they moved in together. They got married on July 31, 199, and now have three children, two sons and a daughter named Sullivan Patrick Dempsey, Darby Galen Dempsey, and Talulah Fyfe Dempsey.

Jillian filed for divorce with Patrick in the winter of 2015. It was a big shock to all the fans as they were one of the most loving couples. Rumors suggested that this was the outcome of infidelity but in the official papers, it only mentioned that the divorce filed was due to irreconcilable differences.
