Deuce Gruden is currently working as a strength and conditioning coach for the Silver and Black since 2018. Before that, he was working as an intern for strength and conditioning in the Redskins.

His duties also include supporting the athletic training department in transitioning injured players back into action and monitoring performance data for the strength and conditioning staff. Gruden spent two seasons as a strength and conditioning coach with the Washington Redskins prior to joining the Raiders (2016-17). 

Achievements

Gruden won gold in the junior 183-pound weight class at the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) World Classic Powerlifting Championships in Belarus in 2017. Gruden is incredibly serious about his lifts and his ability to perform among the world’s best powerlifters.
