Gruden spent two seasons as a strength and conditioning coach with the Washington Redskins prior to joining the Raiders (2016-17). 


Gruden won gold in the junior 183-pound weight class at the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) World Classic Powerlifting Championships in Belarus in 2017. Gruden is incredibly serious about his lifts and his ability to perform among the world’s best powerlifters.
